These terms govern access to and use of www.ciflow.net and the ciflow services. By using the service you accept these terms in full.

1. Service description

ciflow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps professionals (installers, manufacturers, property managers, ESCOs) generate building energy diagnostics: Cadastre data, energy certificate, building inspection (ITE), consumption (Datadis), retrofit simulator, recommender and reports. It is not a valuation, real-estate due diligence or legal advice service.

2. Indicative nature

Diagnostics, simulations and recommendations are indicative and support the professional's decision. They do not replace a technical inspection, an official certificate or an execution project. Data comes from official sources and Datadis, whose accuracy and currency depend on those sources. AI analysis (invoice OCR, summaries) may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the professional. ciflow is not liable for decisions made solely on these results.

3. Account and acceptable use

• Provide accurate data and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for the activity of the users and sub-organisations you create.
• No unlawful use, scraping, mass automation or reverse engineering outside the documented API.
• Process your end clients' data under the GDPR, obtaining the required consent (in particular Datadis, by DNI/CIF and CUPS).

4. Subscription and payment

The service is provided under subscription plans according to the plan purchased and the limits published on the Pricing page. Billing is processed via Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, the subscription renews for successive periods until cancelled.

5. Cancellation and refund

You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the already-billed period. As an immediately-accessible digital service aimed at professionals, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. If a technical failure attributable to ciflowprevents using the service, write to hola@ciflow.net and we will consider a pro-rata refund.

6. Intellectual property

The ciflow software, brand, design and content belong to its owner. The data and reports you generate are yours. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during the subscription term.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Maintenance causing interruptions may occur, with notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ciflow's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions based on indicative results.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes between professionals, the parties submit to the courts of Viladecans, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
